Faculty Staff and Wellness Program
Empower your well-being potential — Thrive with UC Riverside’s Wellness Program
The UCR Faculty & Staff Wellness Program (FSWP) focuses on promoting awareness and education, motivation for positive behavior changes, and influencing campus practices and policy to support a healthy environment. The program was created to encourage all of the campus community to live healthier lifestyles and create a culture of health throughout the campus.
What's New
To continue to provide resources to keep you strong and healthy at UCR, we have added links to two important campus resources:
- WorkStrong is a UC system-wide program with the expertise and collaborative support of Workers’ Compensation, Occupational Health Physicians and Campus Recreation Fitness Professionals.
- Ergonomics is a program that reviews equipment design and/or workplace design, intended to maximize productivity by reducing operator fatigue and discomfort.
- Listserv: The FSWP listserv has now moved to Mail Chimp. You will still be able to receive the R'health Campus Newletter - an excellent way to keep updated on programs and services to help you stay healthy at work and at home.
- R'Healthy Campus: The Okganagan Charter has been renamed and rebranded as R'Healthy Campus which will continue to support campus-wide efforts to promote a healthy campus lifestyle.
- Live Well Resources: Behavioral Health Benefits Guide provided by Health Net is now abailable.
